Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

-Knowledge of basic OS level, databases, middleware
-General / specific knowledge of using office applications
-General knowledge in the field of software and hardware monitoring solutions
-General or specific networking knowledge
-General knowledge of scripting
-Experience in using an automation tool
-General knowledge of the ITIL framework (change management, incident and problem management processes)
-Higher profile studies (Graduate technical studies specialized in IT)

-Analyze and treats user requests from the network of units received at the pilot unit and provides level 1 support for diagnostics and solutions at the application level and at the equipment infrastructure level.
-Provide support, technical assistance for the Central, network and branch departments, daily, including weekends and legal holidays.
-Respect the availability parameters recorded in the contracts and operating conventions for equipment or systems.
-Perform the monitoring and follow-up actions of the processes and application flows for which he is responsible:
-Start, stop and supervise resources, according to the planning of the day's activities.
-He is responsible for the escalation to level 2 of incidents if he does not have the competence to solve them and ensures that the problem is taken over for resolution
-Handle the alarms received from the monitoring tools of critical applications and ensures their escalation to the groups that deal with the technical administration of the respective applications.
-Ensure the subsequent resumption of the processes in case of unforeseen events by launching the activity resumption orders provided in the work procedure or stated by the higher level support called.
-Keep the IT piloting documentation up to date.
-Provide support in remote connection to the network systems through the remote access solution of the manufacturing companies for the analysis and remediation of unforeseen events
-Contribute to maintaining general production conditions, ensures the availability of physical and logical IT resources.

The particularities of the position:
-Ensure supervision of automated jobs and completes the daily operation sheet.
-Ensure level 1 technical support/assistance for the bank and the Branches for which the bank provides IT piloting services;
-Ensure the management of CoreBanking users for operators regulated by internal rules;
-Ensure the supervision of EndOfDays procedures for all applications where it is implemented;
-Provide level 1 support in solving and escalating production problems related to critical application flows);
-Ensure the retrieval and transmission of data from/to partners via VPN connection;
-Ensure the development of flows with the accounting entities;
-Ensure the development of current monetary flows (receiving and transmitting data from institutions: Visa, Mastercard, etc.);
-Provide IT services for archiving and restoring information
-Perform activity in 3 shifts

Objective:
Ensuring the permanent monitoring of IT resources and networks, of production flows, their operational management in accordance with the perimeter procedures, escalation in case of unforeseen events located outside the scope of exploitability from the documents and work procedures delivered, with the objective of respecting the levels of availability and quality of delivered services.

At the written request of the hierarchical managers, he occasionally performs other tasks specific to the activity of the entity in which he carries out his activity and which are stipulated by the normative documents of the Bank, without changing the type of work.
