Responsabilitati

Job description:

- Help the customers: provide client support via phone and e-mail.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Prioritize and manage cases.
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
