    Qualifications

    • University Degree in Business, Economics, IT or similar;
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience;
    • Language: English B2 in writing and speech;
    • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and R/3 Systems: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and previous versions like SAP R/3 to analyze and integrate business processes;
    • Experience in Controlling Processes: Solid understanding of controlling processes to guide the deployment and integration of SAP solutions in this area;
    • Project Management and Coordination: Skills in overseeing project timelines, managing migrations, Go-Live preparations, and post-Go-Live stabilization efforts;
    • Problem-solving and Error Resolution: Competence in managing testing procedures, resolving errors, and tracking solutions to ensure a smooth deployment;
    • Communication and Training Abilities: Strong communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for controlling issues, and the ability to organize and conduct training sessions for key users;
    • Adaptability and Global Collaboration: Flexibility to participate in global discovery workshops and collaborate with international teams to deploy Controlling HL activities effectively;
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough analyses of business scenarios within R/3 and S/4 environments to pinpoint relevant processes for implementation;
    • Team oriented and able to delegate tasks and mentor more inexperienced associates in their tasks and activities;
    • Experience in working in international teams;
    • Willingness to travel (if needed for a project);

    Job Description

    • Participating in discovery workshops globally, driving the deployment of Controlling HL activities;
    • Being responsible to deploy the standard S/4 solution template for controlling, identifying and bridging any gaps with current business processes using the Fit-to-Standard Analysis approach;
    • Being responsible to gather, document, and facilitate the integration of local business requirements into the S/4 standard template;
    • Conducting thorough analyses in R/3 systems alongside S/4 deployment experts and key users in operative controlling to pinpoint relevant business scenarios for process implementation;
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for controlling within your project team, ensuring controlling-specific requirements are addressed and supporting local controlling key users;
    • Being responsible to oversee the migration and Go-Live preparations, ensuring alignment with overall project management;
    • Managing testing procedures, including error resolution and solution tracking;
    • Leading the post-Go-Live stabilization efforts, focusing on error resolution, process improvement, and optimization before the final handover;
    • Organizing and conducting training for controlling key users on operational processes and any country-specific developments.
