    ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for a Supply Chain Manager for its client, a multinational company specializing in developing and producing packaging solutions.

    Location: Piatra Neamt (Romania)

    Main requirements:
    University degree in field of Management or Engineering (Preferably);
    Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain experience (preferably in a production environment);
    Experience in leading a team and building capability;
    Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in FMCG production supply chain;
    ERP, SAP knowledge;
    Data analysis with strong Excel capabilities;
    Fluency in English;
    Strong team player & talented team leader;
    Perfect communication & negotiation skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    As the Supply Chain Manager (SCM), the primary goal is to facilitate service and operational excellence, streamline processes and product portfolios, and optimize inventory and associated costs between company and its internal and external stakeholders.
    This role involves overseeing the order flow processes, efficiently converting customer orders into deliveries, including tasks such as production order processing, procurement of raw materials, services, and consumables, inventory management, planning, warehousing, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
    Additionally, the SCM is tasked with providing expertise and leadership to enhance performance in demand forecasting and planning, scheduling, inventory management, delivery, and KPI establishment.
    Furthermore, the SCM is responsible for fostering collaboration with supply partners and customers, as well as aligning supply and demand management across organizational boundaries.
