    DontPayFull is seeking a super talented Assistant Partnerships Manager (remote, Romania) to support the Senior Partnerships Manager’s daily activity. This includes relationships with the major affiliate networks, affiliate managers, store owners and advertising partners.

    This high-energy Assistant Partnerships Manager job requires persistent and persuasive interactions with store owners/affiliate managers, relationship-building skills, strong communication skills, and an ongoing growth mindset. We are seeking a self-motivated individual, able to be resilient when faced with obstacles.

    The net budget for this role is between 3000 - 5000 RON, in accordance with your related experience and competencies.

    Your background likely makes you a match

    • Minimum 1-year working experience preferable in a digital environment
    • Ability to communicate, influence and persuade in flawless English
    • Internet savvy is a must (know a lot about being on the internet or doing things with the internet)
    • Proficient with excel, power point and Microsoft Office Suite

    Nice to have

    • Previous experience in sales/ customer support in a digital environment
    • Affiliate marketing experience

    Your day to day

    • Establish new partnerships with Advertisers in Affiliate Networks
    • Onboard the new advertisers on the DontPayFull platform
    • Supports the daily activity of the Senior Partnerships Manager (e.g. reports, messages)
    • Acts as a point of contact for multiple existing partnerships
    • Is familiar with all operational aspects of DontPayFull, including, but not limited to: product knowledge, customer experience optimization and business analysis
    • Understand our goals, market, users, data, internal requirements and capabilities to figure out the best strategies for the market
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and online monetization strategies

    Recruitment process

    The selection process includes multiple stages to evaluate your skills, personality, and fit in our organization:

    1. Initial Stage: Kick off the process with a 30-minute online test. After your submission, we will evaluate the results. Regardless of the outcome, we believe in transparency and will notify all candidates about whether they have made it to the next stage or not.
    2. First Interview Round: Should your test results align with what we are looking for, you progress to a one-hour video interview with the Head of Partnerships and Chief People Officer. This interview grants us an insight into your background, core values, ambitions, and what you expect from this job.
    3. Assessment Round: Now it's time for another online test and a personality assessment. These evaluations serve as key checkpoints to ensure we are aligning our needs with your strengths and aptitudes.
    4. Second Interview Round (not always): Depending upon the need and at our discretion, we may proceed with an additional one-hour comprehensive video interview with our CEO. This interview provides an opportunity for you to present yourself not only as a professional with a particular skill set, but also as a potential leader with a vision that aligns with our organization's goals.
