    Role description

    The LMS Administrator will support system administration of course training as it relates to the BHI Online Course Plan and will be the responsible person for the day to day administration of the course plan to support BHI, BHFS, COE,, Priceline and KOT (on two systems).

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide system administration and LMS support for Booking Holdings including but not limited to course setup and deployment, reporting, maintenance, course/system testing
    • Provide additional LMS support to the Compliance team as needed with course setup and deployment, reporting, maintenance, course/system testing
    • Fix LMS user issues as needed to appropriate parties
    • Assist with creating dashboards through system report data and proactively analyze / derive metrics to support BHI Training & Communications
    • Support the BHI Compliance & Ethics Training KPI review and provide any data analysis required
    • Assist with creating process documentation
    • Occasional but minimal travel required

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • 1 - 3 of relevant experience
    • Experience with LMS administration
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
    • Strong problem-solving skills rooted in understanding and analyzing data
    • Experience with dashboarding and reporting
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
    • Strong service orientation and ability to partner with collaborators at all levels of the business
    • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Suite
