    Cerinte

    Brilliant academic background in Economics (or equivalent);
    Experience in a similar job, with Life and P&C Insurance background;
    Excellent functional skills and understanding of the overall accounting and closing processes;
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    Fluent in English, international-minded;
    Good negotiation skills with internal and external counterparts, proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions, the ability to create connections between different subjects as well as thinking without using predefined patterns.

    Responsabilitati

    Monitoring and analyzing IFRS 9 /17 processes and results throughout central applications;
    During the preparation phase, preparing, explaining and clarifying the instructions applicable to the next reporting closing;
    During the execution phase, overseeing the correct application of the instructions and the proper management of extraordinary operations; in cooperation with other POs , Business Support, and IT Colleagues as well as the Head Office Business Functions;
    Monitoring the IFRS 17 closing process and cooperating with Business Support Colleagues in order to ensure the timely execution of the closing processes and procedures (e.g. by providing clarifications on specific points or questions, helping to reconcile items, etc.);
    During the after-execution phase, realizing the follow-up action or adjustment that is needed in the context of his/her scope of work;
    Collecting new/revised IFRS 17 business requirements by deeply understanding the business needs and the related methodology.
