• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, law or other related fields
• Ideally, 1 year of relevant working experience;
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English speaking& writing)
• Eager for learning about VAT
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Great organizational skills, analytical skills and good eye for details.

Your future role:
As a Junior VAT Consultant, you'll be involved in consulting and compliance projects, gaining exposure to various complexities in the field. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing tax returns and registers under the guidance of senior colleagues;
• Assisting in tax audits and managing correspondence with tax;
• Handling indirect tax compliance work for local and non-resident clients
• Identifying opportunities to enhance VAT compliance processes through automation
• Collaborating closely with senior team members and other departments
• Monitoring legislative changes and sharing updates with all members of the tax department
• Contributing to the preparation of alerts covering tax legislative
• Actively participating to technical meetings, training and coaching sessions to ensure continuous development of your technical knowledge
