Supplier Quality Engineer

Our Quality Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the team!

What you will do as a Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Support in the creation of quality plan documents, pro-active input into product and process design (according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP));
• Component introduction process and release: contributing quality aspects of the manufacturing approval (e.g. Control Plan, sample plan, test definition);
• Development of Control Plan: work together with project team and prototype/sample Control Plan;
• Ensure that all items of the APQP are maintained up to date and used on the production lines;
• Lead the process control process, ensure and support the execution and monitor the effectivenes;
• Perform training for production line operators on: updated instructions (quality point of view, quality criteria etc).

What will you need to succeed:

• Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, VDA);
• PPAP, FMEA knowledge;
• University degree (e.g. Mechanics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience;
• At least 3 years supplier/production quality relevant experience;
• Advanced English language skills.
