    Requirements

    We are hiring a Brand & Events Coordinator for our partner, an elite private club of successful entrepreneurs and business people.

    As a Brand & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our partner's organization image, fostering members' loyalty, and delivering impactful events. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of events and activities that resonate with our partner's audience and align with its vision.


    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field;
    Previous experience in Events Management, preferably in luxury industry or premium services;
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different audiences;
    Excellent operating skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    Proactivity, creativity, and a good understanding of the luxury industry at home and abroad
    Availability to travel outside and inside the country for business purposes
    Advanced English skills (reading, writing, speaking);
    Driving license - category B.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for organizing brand-related events (planning, budgeting, logistics coordination, and follow-up process)
    Expand the service portfolio by creating premium experiences to best meet customer needs and grow the membership portfolio;
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners or clients;
    Involvement in discussions and negotiations with partners, suppliers, agencies, or other parties involved
    Identify new opportunities and establish new partnerships;
    Create new projects and improve the Concierge service offered by the Club
    Evaluate brand performance and propose effective actions to achieve goals
    Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management.
