    Our client is a company headquartered in Germany that deals with the commercialization of mechanical and electrical frames that provide mobility aids.
    The Client is in the process of forming a new team to coordinate their online business here in Bucharest.

    Role Details:
    • Location: Bucharest, within the Sky Hub building.
    • Normal working hours, hybrid: 4 days a week office presence, 1 day work from home.
    • Number of roles available: 2 (Europe and USA markets).

    The role main's objective is to support and enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring smooth operation across digital platforms. This position involves a combination of marketing skills and technical knowledge, with responsibilities ranging from updating website content to analyzing sales data to optimize online performance. Maintaining a focused attention on market trends and consumer behavior, the Platform Coordinator helps shape the digital presence with the goal of increasing online sales while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

    Your profile:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 years experience in e-commerce platform management or related field.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong understanding of data-driven performance management.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce, online marketing, CRM management, business development, supply chain, inventory forecasting, and technical backend and frontend development projects.
    • English level advanced and/or German language knowledge is a plus.
    • Mental agility to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
    • A high-performance attitude with the potential to grow into a larger managerial role.
    • An international mindset with an understanding of consumer behavior in both European and US markets.
    • Strong execution skills, prioritizing action over conceptualization.


    • Oversee and manage our relationship with Amazon Europe, including direct interactions with our Account Management team based in Berlin, Germany.
    • Optimizing product listing for search visibility and conversion.
    • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them strategically into the product listing.
    • Work closely with our Supply Chain Team to manage the flow of goods, including demand planning and forecasting.
    • Regularly monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, click-through rate, and advertising ROI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
    • Take responsibility for the financial performance of our European/ USA platform sales on Amazon.
    • Utilize Amazon Advertising tools to increase visibility and drive traffic to the product listing. Create targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers.
