    University degree;
    B2B sales proven experience - expertise in managing large company;
    Knowledge of Romanian market, corporate and professional markets and ability to identify and manage various risks and opportunities;
    Knowledge of modern sales forecasting techniques;
    KPIs (data) understanding;
    English spoken – advanced;
    Availability to travel within the assigned area (Bucharest, Centre & East areas of the country).

    Role: Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for a portfolio of existing clients in the assigned area. He/she is responsible for the retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products).

    Performs activities involving sales, advice and guidance of the ordering process, as well as sales management for our partner services, for customers with more than 250 employees.


    Acts as primary point of contact with the client during the post-sales period;
    Identifies and analyzes the clients needs and promotes our partner standard services, combined with tailor-made solution;
    Visits the clients in the portfolio according to the established objectives;
    Makes the necessary number of qualified calls, based on the commercial objectives of our partner;
    Builds and maintains long-lasting relationship with clients and expands his/her web of influence in the client;
    Ensures retention of the contracts with the existing clients, maintains a target retention rate within his/her designated portfolio;
    Contributes with sales insights to identify client at risk, builds and monitors action plans for right treatment of them;
    Ensures profitability with the existing clients portfolio;
    Develops client's portfolio and delivers cross/upselling proposals that meet the clients’ expectations and are in line with our partner policies;
    Provides forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes, over relevant time periods;
    Analyses patterns in the portfolio to define strategies for upselling/cross-selling;
    Meets performance indicators for clients and maintains the decision-making process in order to determine the operating capacity according to the client's needs and to solve any client's problem;
    Monitors and provides feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats.
