    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Partner/Ecosystem Marketing experience, having first-hand experience and a proven track record of successfully developing marketing strategy and programs
    • Experience within the Product-Led-Growth solution areas
    • Highly collaborative to bridge communication gaps
    • Comfortable presenting in groups and public speaking

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment
    • Client-centric mindset to find new ways to satisfy Partner needs
    • Experimentative - works as part of a team to quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works
    • Highly collaborative - building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    Much of the Partner Ecosystem’s success will hinge on our ability to drive incremental business through the newly recruited Business Partners, Product-Led-Growth (PLG) offerings and new routes to market. In order to achieve our New Client Acquisition(NCA) and Ecosystem objectives we must expand our ecosystem with new transacting (Sell) and embed(Build) partners and lean into the PLG areas. The Global Ecosystem Marketing Lead, Product-led growth, will be a part of the xEcosystem Strategic Priorities Squad and lead the strategy and execution of PLG for the Global Ecosystem Marketing & Comms team.

    Responsibilities may include:
    • Dedicated to leading the execution of the cross-brand Ecosystem Marketing & Communications strategy aligned to PLG To, With, Through, and For our IBM Business Partners.
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Ecosystem Marketing holistically across PLG functional areas (Ecosystem Marketing, IBM Marketing, Sales, Product).
    • Drive the Yield & Performance Management System of Partners by partnering with the PLG Pods, Geos, Ecosystem Brand teams & Experience Hubs.
    • Partner with Global Sales on PLG speaking engagements to enable both internal stakeholders and our Business Partners.
    • Collaborate cross the Geographies & Value-Added-Distributors to enable and activate aligned partner sets and facilitate a functional feedback loop.
    • This role requires a self-starter with the ability to collaborate cross functionally while partnering with the other members of the Ecosystem Strategic Priorities Squad (Partner Recruitment, PLG, AI For Business, Value Added Distributors).

    This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.
