By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM (Romania time) in a hybrid setup.

How you’ll make an impact:

Create, update and maintain content process documentation;

Coordinate meeting logistics;

Offer recommendations on improvements updates as needed;

Conduct reporting and analysis for return of investment to measure the effectiveness of tools and processes;

Support process documentation;

Assist in designing and delivering presentations;

Provide support on process design;

Create email communications and templates;

Recommend improvements updates as needed;

Creating visually appealing and functional SharePoint pages;

Facilitate the Onboarding Offboarding process;

Access management troubleshooting for TA tool;

Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the execution of the change management plan;

Monitor the progress of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement;

Proactively address obstacles, adjusting the change strategy as needed;

Collaborate with global recruiters and leadership, as well as technology project teams, to implement new technology changes in the recruiting process;

Review, validate, and address Service Now requests directed to TA Ops.

Skills that make your work successful:

You have minimum 3 years experience with HR recruitment tools;

Enjoy creating impactful communications;

Have a critical eye for presentation design;

Are familiar with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and are willing to further develop these skills;

Have both great communication and presentation skills;

Have a technical mindset;

Are results oriented;

Like to find opportunities for process improvements;

Show adaptability and proactivity

Fluent in English, spoken and written.
