    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    1-5 years experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, or project management.
    Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.


    Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
    Preparing, issuing, reviewing & managing OPM’s Contracts with his Clients and Subcontractors.
    Review tender documents thoroughly to understand project scope, specifications, and requirements. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
    Analyze tender requirements and develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
    Work closely with project managers and technical experts to prepare clear and concise clarification responses to inquiries. Coordinates with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely responses to queries.
    Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, bid documents, and clarification responses.
    Provide support to the Project Manager (PM) in coordinating all of the construction related meetings with the Client + Key Contractors meetings.
    Provide support to the Cost Manager in preparation of the initial budget for Civil Works.
    Reviewing of the technical offer requests which are to be sent to the Contractors for tender purposes.
    Coordinate the tender for construction works allocation together with the Cost Manager and Project Manager and participates in clarification meetings.
    Analyzing the Contractors' offers together with the Cost Manager and PM from a technical, economic and financial point of view and prepares and submits the recommendations for the client.
    Preparation and Negotiation of the Civil Works Contract(s) from the Beneficiary/Client's point of view.
    Negotiation and Agreement of the Technical details included in the Contract(s).
    Provide support to the Project Manager in supervising the technical and commercial conditions of the Contract(s).
    Ensure that the Project Cost checking and valuation works are managed effectively according to the contractual terms.
    Coordinate with the Cost Manager in regards to the following activities:
    - Setting up cost control and commercial procedures.
    - Following-up on the predicted budget compliance.
    - Cost reporting providing Optim format Anticipated Cost Reports.
    Manages and advises the Client’s Commercial Manager in reviewing and issuing Contractors’ monthly Payment Applications and Certificates.
    Manages and advises the Client’s Commercial Manager in initiating Change Orders.
    Advises the Client’s Commercial Manager in Claims Management.
    Coordinates with the Cost Manager in preparing the cost/commercial section of the monthly reports, including Predicted Change Orders, Change Orders and advises on project cash flow.
    Manages and provides advice to the Client’s Commercial Manager in the following activities:
    - Negotiation of Final Accounts with Contractors.
    - Handover of the project to the Client.
