Scrum Master

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

• Higher education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Inclination to observe and model group/team dynamics
• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, in multinational companies, working in parallel with several squads
• Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of English - advanced level

The Scrum Master guides and accompanies the agile teams, ensuring an optimal way of working to implement the agreed functionalities, their quality and maintain a sustainable work rhythm.
The Scrum Master is an influential factor within the organization and helps to spread the method of agile thinking and working, based on continuous improvement.

To support teams to apply Scrum principles, the main responsibilities of a Scrum Master are:

• to understand very well the agile way of working and mindset both through daily actions, as well as through the proposed practices.
• to support and guide the Product Owner in clarifying objectives, prioritize them, constant management of the backlog
• to facilitate the change approval process
• to ensure that the entire team knows, understands and assumes its objectives
• to ensure an open, pleasant and productive working atmosphere in the team
• to support the transparency and resolution of impediments at the squad / stream / level tribe
• to inspire in the team a mindset based on continuous improvement and finding solutions actionable for the problems encountered

Hybrid way of working (one day weekly, from the office, Bucharest located headquarter)
