Test Engineer (SW) for mechatronics tests in R&D Laboratory

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented R&D Laboratory Engineer to join our cutting-edge research and development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the creation of advanced products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and development activities in the field of motor controls, specifically Direct Current (DC) and Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motors.
• Utilizing software for automation, such as LabVIEW, to streamline testing and data collection processes.
• Program and troubleshoot microcontrollers, as well as resolve hardware-related issues.
• Design and construct measurement devices for R&D purposes, including electronic, mechanical, flow, and electrical devices.
• Designing and executing tests on mechatronic products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards from automotive industry.
• Analyzing test data and making recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field will be a plus, but experienced candidates without a bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in developing control systems for motor applications (DC and BLDC).
• Proficient in programming microcontrollers and solving related hardware problems.
• Experience in designing and developing measurement devices for R&D applications.
• Skilled in working with a variety of sensors and interpreting their data.
• Proficiency in automation software, such as LabVIEW, MATLAB Simulink, or similar software.
• Experience in testing mechatronic products.
• Mechanical or mechatronics knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate electronic, software, and mechatronic systems.
• Analytical ability, curiosity, and creativity in approaching complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
