Lean Manufacturing Engineer

English language – advanced;
Good MS Office skills;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools;
Strong presentation, motivation and communication skills, leadership skills;

Responsible for the design and follow-up of the specific tools of the Continuous Improvement System;
Collaborates with the company director for the implementation and deployment of the Continuous Improvement System, including Lean Manufacturing principles;
Creates lean manufacturing plans approved by the company management and follows them up;
Implements system specific assessments within the company while creating implementation tracking plans;
Organizes workshops according to lean plan (Hoshin, Smed, USM, 5S, TPM);
Implements specific actions to achieve delegated objectives.
Participates in training for internal tools, including Lean production tools (Hoshin, SMED, TPM, internal VSM, etc.);
Ensures the use and application of group standards in terms of work instructions and other technical documentation – e.g. visual management, QRQC etc.
