    Qualifications

      • Operational experience in marketing and demonstration of strategic outlook
      • Good online marketing and e-commerce knowledge
    • Qualifications: 
      • Very good understanding of buying decisions in retail channels
      • Good know-how of digital requirements for future B2B, B2C transactions
    • Enthusiasm: 
      • proactive work ethic and inspiration through creativity and pragmatism
    • Languages:
      • You are fluent in English and Romanian

    Job Description

    • Take responsibility: You have Measuring Tools (MT) business marketing and sales responsibility for the region (RO, MD, BG, UA, SL), both top and bottom line for MT, in alignment with country PT (Power Tools) sales management and regional marketing
    • Implement business strategy: You assess market potential and align sales targets with the CSOs sales managers and MT central business unit according to a yearly developed Business Plan
    • Business development: You bring your contribution to market development implementing effective user centered activities, derived out of the overarching brand & communication strategy, based on local user journey analysis and local market needs, allocating efficient the available resources; You pro-actively seek and approach new opportunities for sales growth, developing trust relationships with key partners focusing RO, setting-up or expanding sales collaboration by identifying user needs and implement appropriate products/services
    • Think ahead and support: You bring an active contribution to develop new projects beyond responsibility area with participation in cross-functional teams
    • Operational business: You develop, implement and coordinate the retail marketing strategy (marketing calendar and promotional activities) with the aim to increase brand visibility with clear focus on online communication, POS brand appearance, harmonized pricing, distribution development, communication budget planning, input on product planning to logistics and product price management
