Internship Global Employer Branding & Recruiting

We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic student to join our global team. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong interest in recruitment and employer branding and want to gain hands-on experience in this exciting field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning of global employer branding activities;
• Support in the creation of internal communication materials;
• Support in the creation of training concepts;
• Co-creation of social media content;
• Support with special topics of employer branding & recruiting.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master's student in Communication, Human Relations, Digital Media or related fields;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Advanced level of English proficiency;
• Knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus;
• High degree of personal responsibility and initiative;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
