    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
    At least 4 years’ experience in hotels, hospitals or office spaces design;
    Fairness, reliability, principled attitude in dealing with people;
    Good PC skills – Revit, AutoCad, Revit, MS Office, Word, Excel, internet navigation, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw;
    Analytical and synthesis skills;
    Ability in achieving the objectives in a fast and correct manner
    Advanced level of written/spoken English;
    Ability to organize time, tasks and place of work;
    Ability to concentrate on multitasking;
    Ability to meet deadlines;
    Attention to details;
    Ability to learn new things;
    Diplomacy, objectivity, professional attitude;
    Very good interpersonal (oral and written) and business communication skills;
    Result orientation and problem solving.

    Responsibilities

    Draws, designs, writes documentation for projects (in all phases SF, Concept, DTAC, PT, DDE) in accordance with the Romanian Legislation & Construction Laws in Force and Client Requirements & Documentation;
    Sign off the drawings & technical documentation;
    Prepares the technical documentation necessary to obtain approvals, certifications, and authorizations; Represents the company in the relations with the municipal and county authorities, respectively with the specialized ones, which deal with approvals related to the executed projects;
    Prepares design documentation related to the specifics of the project;
    Coordinate and liaise with the verifiers and ensure that the documentation has the required stamps and signatures;
    Participates, if requested, in pre-measurements and measurements to reveal existing constructions and lands, as well as the verification on site of the quotas and execution dimensions;
    Participates in the coordination of important phases of works on site;
    Participate in Value Engineering Process together with the entire Design Team;
    Issues weekly reports regarding the status of the Projects and the progress of the works during the week.
