    Requirements

    About you:

    Enable colleagues across the business on best practices for Technology & Data within the Customer Platforms technology stack. The Colleague Enablement Manager will work as part of the team dedicated to designing and implementing a scalable enablement framework to ensure end business users adopt technologies in a consistent manner across the business to help them achieve personal and company wide goals. The Manager will work cross-functionally with leaders, technology owners & subject matter experts to plan, design & maintain reliable, accurate and up-to-the-minute training material to serve the needs of the business and maximize sales revenue.


    Day-to-day, you will:

    · Reduce time to ramp for new hires and transfers through M&A on technology & key data processes
    · Enable existing colleagues on existing and new technology & data processes
    · Generate new LMS content to support instructor lead training online and in-person
    · Provide insights into the usage and ROI of technology & data in the martech stack
    · Reduce or maintain our systems related CAC in line with company targets

    Responsibilities

    Your skills and experiences might also include:

    · Colleague enablement framework for technology & data quality
    · Content for Training, Development and Accreditation through LMS for both new and existing technologies

    · Drive systems adoption and realisation of ROI for technology & data related investments.
