-First of all, you are fluent in Norwegian and have medium English skills;
-You have great communication and time management skills;
-You understand market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions to customers, building trust with stakeholders and bringing value in the process;
-Have experience working in a team and understanding that you can make a difference by thinking outside the box.

-Answer incoming calls from our client's customers regarding complains, concerns, inquiries.
-Data Entry to record customer information within our customer service database.
-Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
-Offer support and information to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines.
-Other duties as requested by management.

Schedule: Monday-Friday : 10:00-19:00
