    How we’d like you to be:

    · With a university degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or similar.

    · With a strong knowledge and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail buying or product management.

    · With a minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles.

    · With category knowledge: distribution channels, products, margins.

    · Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

    · Highly organized, analytical, task focused.

    · With strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    · Able to use creative thought process - on product, promotions, displays, deals etc.

    · Able to work across multicultural environments.

    · With a very good command of English.

    · Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


    What you’ll have to do:

    · Define a detailed strategy for the IT Division with the BUM in line with company objectives.

    · Work closely with Product Managers / Category Managers / Brand Managers to implement the division’s strategy.

    · Participate in the QBR with the PM / CM / BM with the most relevant Suppliers / Vendors.

    · Define portfolio of brands / suppliers for the IT Division.

    · Negotiate contracts with suppliers who meet the company’s requirements to secure the most favorable terms of business for the company, from pricing to contractual terms.

    · Keep all contracts for the supply of goods and services under review to ensure that they are being carried out effectively and renegotiate terms when necessary.

    · Review the overall acquisition plan based on the sales budget / forecast.

    · Plan and manage performance of inventory and suppliers.

    · Evaluate the performance of the division and monitor market changes to identify new opportunities as well as changes to our existing offering.

    · Identify any new actions to maintain market competitiveness and gain market share.

    · Able to substitute the Business Unit Manager tasks when he will be unavailable.

    · Good in interpreting the numbers from the abundance of the reports.

    · Build up strong relationships with suppliers to deliver effective and profitable plans.
