    Cerinte

    -2 to 3 years’ experience working in productions and/or logistics.
    -Excellent organizational and coordination skills with an eye for detail.
    -Ability to work independently, effectively and collaboratively with teams under pressure of tight deadlines.
    -Easily adapting to changes, new skills and technology.
    -Able to work well in a team.
    -Excellent IT and computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
    -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    -English is a must, other European languages or Chinese is a plus.
    -Knowledge of sales and marketing principle is advantageous, commercials mindset.

    Responsabilitati

    Before Production:
    -Engage with Buyers and Procurement on any known concerns with suppliers capabilities or capacities.
    -Follow-up with suppliers on sample and tooling production and timelines.
    -Assist with training suppliers on PO/Invoicing system (eProc).


    During Production:
    -In charge of daily/weekly planning calls with suppliers to check production and delivery schedules.
    -Book and manage quality assurance and quality control activities.
    -Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
    -Communicate changes related to production to the Client Ops team.

    After Production:
    -Work closely with suppliers and logistic partners to ensure quality and accuracy of documents loaded in PO/Invoicing system (eProc).

    Other responsibilities:
    -Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Buyers, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Account teams).
    -Communicate with external stakeholders (Suppliers, 3rd party labs, logistic partners).
    -Weekly status update reports to the Buying Manager.
