    · Proven CRO experience, building and delivering a testing roadmap.

    · Project management – especially the delivery of technical projects

    · Excellent data literacy and numeracy skills – demonstrated by ability to report on performance in an accurate and accessible way.

    · Development of technical/digital requirements to communicate to developers.

    · Use and experience of various CMS – Umbraco not essential but is a bonus.

    · Will have experience in using a wide range of digital tools

    o GA4

    o Google Optimize or similar.

    o Heat-mapping e.g., Hotjar

    o Looker Studio or similar

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Proactive self-starter

    · Team player


    Driving lead generation through creating best in class user experiences on commercial websites

    · Create and deliver against a robust CRO testing roadmap, obsessing about onsite conversion to lead from all channels.

    · Providing analysis and commentary of digital channel performance to the Digital Product Owner and recommendations for test and learn initiatives.

    · Work closely with channel owners to identify and act upon opportunities for optimisation.

    · Commercial and customer focused.
