    Atalian Romania is recruiting Compliance Officer in Bucharest.

    Requirements:

    University Degree;
    2 years of experience in a similar position;
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
    Analytical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude;
    Strong organizational and time management skills;
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    English – Advanced.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Lead supplier/ 3rd party audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
    Perform Vendor/ 3rd party due diligence in order to identify and mitigate risks that company might have.
    Reading global policies and breaking down what is needed to be done and how it applies to the business model
    Ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcome
    Identifying potential issues/ risks and proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance;auditing and documenting the processes from compliance perspective;
    Reporting the findings and conclusions to the responsible party, those charged with governance, legislature and/or other parties as appropriate;
    Ensure that the organization`s processes are following external laws, rules, and regulations or internal guidelines;
    Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.
    Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's procurement objectives.
    Regularly review and analyze sourcing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact sourcing strategies.
    Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.
    Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, reliability, and mutual benefits.
