Process Improvement Engineer- Lean Manufacturing

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering/ process engineering/ manufacturing or a related field;
Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing ;
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and
Ms Office Pack;
Advanced level of English, Spanish is a plus;
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Systems based on Lean Manufacturing philosophy;
Coordination or support for various projects in manufacturing engineering;
Define manufacturing processes;
Implementation and maintenance of the 5S within the company;
Drive the automation and digitization of manufacturing processes;
Assist and support the production line at various stages of the order process, as needed;
In the field of quality, together with the group’s Quality Director, will be involved in defining and implementing strategies regarding product reliability and process improvement.
Finding, approving, and developing new suppliers.
