Our expectation for you:

- Good analytical and Excel skills
- Strong business acumen and interest towards SaaS finance
- A few years work experience from a relevant role, such as Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Accounting
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL and business intelligence tools
- Willingness and attitude to learn in the role
- Collaboration skills and fluency in English


We also consider it an advantage if you have:

- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Experience working with PowerBI
- Accounting and Netsuite expertise

What will you do as a Business Controller?

- Manage our monthly cost and revenue forecasting processes and make sure the forecasting process runs smoothly.
- Advice other functions and especially heads of functions in their questions regarding budgeted and realized costs.
- Support in the annual budgeting and planning process.
- Own and develop Finance reporting to provide best possible insights to the team and wider organization.
- Collaborate with other team members in Finance as well as our accounting partners in subsidiary locations.
- Support CFO in financial planning and analysis.

This is a full-time position and the starting salary ranges from 5000 to 7000 RON/net per month.
