A Snapshot of Your Day

As Financial Digitalization Specialist in Grid Technology Business Controlling you take an active role in digitizing and enhancing our reporting and processes inside the business area function controlling. You will be involved in month-end closing, monthly forecast, ACT vs Forecast deviations as well as planning activities in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in- and outside Grid Technologies.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supporting month-end close as well as planning processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Driving the transformation into a digital controlling environment by implementing dashboards, reports and visualizations and promoting digitalization projects in close collaboration with the Data, Processes & Systems team.
• Identifying processes that can be automated and performed more efficiently.

What You Bring

• Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling in a multinational controlling environment.
• You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
• Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• Team orientation with good collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrates familiarity with key finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP as well business intelligence software (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau).
• Business i¬?uent in English, basic knowledge of German is a plus.
