    What will you do: As Operational Planning Associate, you will be responsible for:

    • ensure a precise level of Marketing budget administration and monitoring
    • managing the processes related to the marketing budget administration
    • accurate registration of orders and expenses by cost centers
    • provide support to budget holders in planning exercises and acts as a single point of contact with the Financial department and GBS Finance
    • administrative tasks related to the Marketing department
    • collaborate with all Marketing Department members and with other internal functions (Finance, Car Fleet, GBS, etc.) or external partners (121 Agencies) in order to fulfill your duties
    • archive financial-accounting, legal documents and specific documents for Marketing
    Who are we looking for: Education: University degree (preferably in Economics) Work experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of administration and budget planning and working with numbers&systems
    • Experience in project management
    • Experience in contract management is a plus
    • English knowledge – medium writing and speaking skills
    Other skills and knowledge:
    • Financial knowledge
    • Analytical, planning and organizational skills
    • Strong numerical abilities
    • Project management skills
    • Very good PC Skills: MS Office (Excel); SAP
    • Very good communication skills / customer orientation
    • Proactive and good team player
