    Cerinte

    Bachelor’s Degree in technical field
    Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office package and SAP/R3
    Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
    English level – advanced, German skills represent an advantage
    Leadership skills

    Responsabilitati

    The Process Engineer provides support, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, in the production area for executing processes in safe conditions, making changes to equipment, meeting quality conditions for processes, making cost estimates, and related documentation in case of optimizations of equipment and/or devices.

    Also, the process engineer provides input for continuous improvement solutions of the process in terms of compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.

    Your responsibilities:

    Responsible for processes in the work area / related cost center
    Coordinate internal activities for external suppliers (e.g. optimization, equipment programming)
    Cost estimates for equipment & process optimization
    Oversee and improve productivity, quality, and profitability
    Create and maintain production documents and master files in SAP
    Active control for continuous improvement process within the related cost center
    Planning and implementation of equipment and related documentation (equipment, device, documentation and utilities)
    Realizes and optimizes the work process (Process flow) & Kanbans in the production area
    Analyzes and solves process/equipment problems
    Responsible for production costs
    Participate in PFMEA meetings
