Senior Accountant

- Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas;
- 3+ years of experience in accounting field, experience in consulting services is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS experience is an advantage);
- CECCAR trainee or member is a plus;
- Very good communication skills in English;
- Computer skills (MS Office);

- Coordinating the team’s activities for dedicated Client portfolio;
- Checking the accuracy and completeness of the accounting records, while following quality control procedures;
- Performing month-end closing activities and reconciliations;
- Preparing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT calculations;
- Preparing tax declarations for VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Income Tax;
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reports specific to each client;
- Preparing half-year accounting reports and annual financial statements;
- Preparing/Reviewing statistical reports as required by the National Bank of Romania;
- Providing assistance during tax audits or financial audits.
