• Completed studies in the fields of economics, psychology, statistic or similar;
• Data driven and analytical thinking, knowledge of statistics and experience in data evaluation;
• Knowledge and broad experience in organizational development, change and transformation facilitation;
• At least 5 years of professional experience; experience with HR and people processes is preferred;
• Broad experience in consulting with internal clients;
• Experience in cultural transformation and/or post-merger integration;
• Broad repertoire of facilitation skills and methods and intervention techniques;
• Strong communication skills and convincing appearance at all hierarchical levels;
• Highly self-motivated and self-organized, structured and solution-oriented;
• Ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment with an independent working style;
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English.

In this role, you will be part of a team of global experts that actively shape and take responsibility for the transformation of the Global Services (GS) organization at Bosch. With a strong focus on the continuous integration and alignment with the corporate strategy, you will develop global standards, concepts and processes in the context of organizational development as well as transformation and change management for people processes and policies.

• Development of GS-wide transformation concepts, realization of defined measures as well as ensuring sustainability in close coordination with stakeholders (GS leadership team, project partners, internal business partners and global HR teams);
• Strengthening the GS feedback landscape through internal survey tools and instruments; detailed interpretation of data and define wide-ranging and sustainable follow-up processes and actions;
• Conception and moderation of workshops, events and new formats of collaboration and dialogue in the GS organization;
• Conception and execution of transformation and change activities & change projects;
• Strategic consulting of the responsible management in all aspects of organizational development, transformation and change management for our people strategy and goals.
