We are building a cutting-edge mobile app that integrates loyalty programs, in-store features and a user-friendly e-commerce platform. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to grow our agile team of engineers. You will be expected to have enough familiarity with the Dart programming language to easily contribute to our codebases, as well as review and test code written by our resident Flutter Developer.
Role Description This is a full-time role with flexibility for remote work at Cărturești in Bucharest, Romania. You will be responsible for development and maintenance tasks in our cross-platform application. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and the reactive principles used in the Flutter framework are expected. Experience with native iOS/Android applications is a huge plus, but not required. You will be implementing code based on ready-made designs, building on top of them wherever needed. You will be:
- A Senior Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience with the Flutter framework and 5 years of experience in the mobile app space.
- An expert in omni-channel development, integrating loyalty programs and physical stores with online platforms.
- Proficient in building scalable and maintainable code architecture.
- A strong communicator with experience mentoring junior developers.
- Passionate about innovation and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Lead the development of the mobile app's loyalty and e-commerce features.
- Architect and implement code that ensures high performance and scalability.
- Integrate our in-house APIs and services to connect online and offline experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends and technologies.
- Contribute to developing a mobile app that increases customer engagement and loyalty.
