    • Great active listening skills: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions and responding as appropriate
    • Advanced communication skills
    • Good customer service abilities: Actively looking for ways to help customers
    • Relevant working experience, such as prior customer service roles, is essential
    • Ability to work in shifts
    • Fluency in Romanian and a good command of English
    • Good knowledge of the Gaming industry (Nice to have)


    • Collaborate with team/shift leader & colleagues
    • Respond quickly and efficiently to the customer via email/chat/phone
    • Update customer database
    • Internal communication with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's requests
    • Always be updated with the company's product, promos, policy and changes as required
    • Your empathy, active listening skills, and a "can do’" attitude will allow you to blend smoothly
    into the team
