    ➡️ Profile of the candidate:

    Proficient in German & intermediate/proficient in English
    Previous experience in a customer support role
    A plus: You have previous experience with online gambling - working or playing, anything counts for this one! If you are new to thе business, don’t worry! Our lovely colleagues will teach you everything there is to know :)
    Strong attention to detail in logging, updating and managing customer Support Tickets & LiveChat
    Good at communicating with others - we love people who love chatting ! We chat a lot and so do our customers. We appreciate people who can speak openly and naturally
    You take initiative in completing tasks & perform well under pressure
    Availability for working in day shifts covering Monday-Sunday

    Responsabilitati

    ➡️ What will you be doing?

    It is not a remote job! You will be working full time from the office!

    Handle all customer communication and requests through the communication channels established: E-mail, Chat, Calls (if any)
    Identify the customer’s needs and assist with the appropriate solutions
    Troubleshooting analysis
    Act on behalf of the customer to get a resolution for the query received.
    Escalate situations for the relevant departments when needed acting on behalf of the customers
    Evaluate, review, and approve documents sent in by players and make sure that all tasks are performed in line with the set processes and procedures related to current flows
