As part of your role, you will be actively providing high qualitative administration work and assistance to support the GT Management Team & GT Team in Bucharest.

How You'll Make an Impact

Adequate experience in various functions as executive team assistant.

Adequate experience in a similar function within project teams.

Experience abroad and cross-culture desired. Second foreign language beside English would be an advantage (German).

Personal interest in permanent improvement of administrative and personal skills.

Suitability for working in open-plan offices.

Handling of correspondence

Support GT Management Team (organizing events, booking transport & accommodation)

Filing System

Translations

Administration of office facilities and office supplies

Meeting service & Coordination

Procuring, preparing and documenting relevant information of the administrative process

What You Bring

- At least 3-year Team Assistance work experience

- Commercial apprenticeship or study

- Strong mindset to work and collaborate with Staff from several countries

- Fluent English language skills, German language skills would be a benefit

- Good computer and MS Office skills

- Open mindset, hands-on mentality, resilience and self-driven

- Good communication skills

- Strong team-player

- Administration of access to the GT drives
