What we are looking for:

✔️ University degree
✔️ Leadership experience
✔️ 4-5 years of experience in Analytics / Reporting, 1-2 years of experience working with databases (SQL mandatory), 1-2 years of experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau / PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills
✔️ Ability to plan and prioritize daily activities, to meet deadlines.
✔️ Orientation towards results
✔️ Ability to analyze and synthesize, with logical and structured thinking.
✔️ Advanced English language

What you’ll have to do:

✔️ Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
✔️ Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate commercial performance, trends, and actionable recommendations to senior management. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes.
✔️ Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams to align strategies and optimize commercial outcomes. Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments.
✔️ Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide insights to optimize profitability, pricing and product offerings.
✔️ Utilize historical data and predictive modeling to develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans.
✔️ Continuously evaluate and enhance analytical processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best-in-class analytics capabilities. Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
