1. Job Details
Supports coordination of activities for an organization of 1600 team of professionals in a complex matrix organization for the global Industrial Automation Customer Experience strategic functional unit of Honeywell.
Works with the global IA Customer Experience Vice President and leadership team but also with stakeholders across the globe to support organizational strategy and priorities, as well as help the team be successful in all the projects that the organization supports as part of the site, regional or global blueprint.
You will work closely with the IA Customer Experience Vice President covering multiple areas: coordination of all organizational admin activities, meetings and executive decks, site engagement programs, special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
2. Principal Responsibilities
Serves as a primary point of contact between the IA Customer Experience leadership team and overall Honeywell local structures (IT, HSE, Procurement etc)
Supports the global IA CX organization in the relation with other governance groups, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
Attends meetings and take notes of discussion; prepares the initial draft of minutes and summaries
Manages scheduling, agendas, travel plans and appointments for the IA Customer Experience Vice President and other leadership members
Supports bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the organization
Creates and updates databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
Tracks and replaces office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Submits reports and prepares proposals and presentations as needed
Organizes and prepares for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Maintains various records and documents for company executive(s)
Completes a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
3. Skills and requirements
ü Bachelor’s degree
ü Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or large team
ü Results driven, highly independent & self-starter with a strong work ethic and moral standing
ü Good coordination and influencing skills across different organizational levels, functions, and cultures
ü Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
ü Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
ü Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
ü A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
ü Resourceful, can-do attitude
ü Thrives in a fast-paced environment
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ü Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
3. What we offer:
