    Qualifications

    • Relevant work experience in e.g., Communications, social Media, PR, Event Management etc.;
    • Over 3 years' experience in corporate communication/internal communication;
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field;
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written);
    • Fluent English written and spoken;
    • Knowledge of communication platforms and channels;
    • Strong Knowledge of MS office tools - 365, PowerPoint, design tools;
    • Creativity in developing programs and methods for employee engagement;
    • Team-player with the ability to partnership with various colleagues, stakeholders;
    • Responsive to request from internal clients;
    • Flexible, dynamic and engaging with strong interpersonal skills.

    Job Description

    • Creating and implementing an Employer Branding strategy based on local reality and organizational needs;
    • Collaborate with national & global Employer Branding team, contribute to national projects, implement & apply locally;
    • Creating and managing our events calendar (internal events - company parties, thematic days, engagement events; external events - job fairs, various campaigns, thematic conferences, industry events, etc.);
    • Coordinating events from start to finish (event concept, budget management, site selection, vendors, logistic aspects, contracts, liaising with speakers, communication campaign, communication materials);
    • Creating and implementing image campaigns, develop content for landing page - local knowledge about services, projects, technologies, events (on internal channels and on external channels - social media, website), frequent posting and make the organization visible;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction and morale and fostering belonging in the workplace;
    • Proactively sustain actions and projects to define and permanently adapt organizational culture area;
    • Actively source stories to publish on internal and external channels, briefing the speakers (interviews, writing articles);
    • Elaborate internal communication messages, support HR in organizational communication;
    • Coordination and activating Ambassadorship program;
    • Manage relations with public institutions (e.g. universities).
