    Responsabilitati

    Gestionarea reclamatiilor primite in call center si furnizarea raspunsurilor potrivite in concordanta cu politica interna de comunicare;
    Gestionarea si actualizarea listei de intrebari si raspunsuri cu privire la inregistrarea in platforma;
    Intocmirea rapoartelor saptamanale despre clientii inregistrati in platforma;
    Mentinerea legaturii constante cu producatorii si comerciantii prin e-mail sau la telefon;
    Colectarea si analizarea feedback-ului clientilor si a reclamatiilor;
    Indeplinirea altor sarcini specifice, in conformitate cu cerintele de management, pentru o buna desfasurare a activitatii.
