• University Diploma;
• Language: English and German (is a plus);

Main objective of the job:                                       

• The OPEx consultant supports and advises on a global level in the continuous improvement of methods and processes in the operational environment with the aim of directing them more effectively and efficiently, as well as improving the leadership and collaboration culture and the quality of service. (OPEx stands for "Operational & Process Excellence@GS");
• For this purpose, he uses BPS- LEAN and CIP methods as well as tools and strategies and applies agile practices in the implementation.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Implementation of OPEx/CIP and LEAN training concepts;
• Organization and conduction of internal trainings and workshops;
• Consulting of managers and employees on the operational application of OPEx/LEAN tools and methods;
• Planning, execution and documentation of projects;
• Identification, analysis and evaluation of improvement potentials;
• Reporting of KPIs & savings;
