    Requirements

    • Bilingual English and French at an medium level;

    • Strong verbal and written communication;

    Responsibilities

    We are looking to hire a Global Cash Support Operations Analyst who will have the role of managing customer requests, processing their requests and providing assistance through a tool.

    What you will do:

    Centralize requests from customers using this offer or from the customer's sales representative (calls and emails);

    Enter customer requests into the ticketing tool;

    Diagnose incidents and participate in handling incidents according to the processes in force;

    Trigger alerts;

    Transmit incidents to the services responsible for resolving them;

    Update and manage the incident tracking database;

    Assist by telephone during training or installation of GlobalCash range services;

    Install products at Société Générale customers (in France and internationally) when the customer requests it;

    Train users on the customer's site of services in the GlobalCash range when the customer requests it (in France and internationally);

    Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to the activity.
