    Requirements

    What we are looking for from you

    - Excellent internal and external communication skills
    - Good coordination, task, and project management skills
    - Experience with SQL
    - Ability to analyze and challenge existing processes and ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and execute the needed changes
    - Pro-activeness and ability to take initiative
    - Ability to work under pressure as well as ability to take time off
    - Fluency in English. Other language skills are appreciated

    Extra points for

    - Knowledge/understanding of procurement
    - Previous experience with Master Data Management

    Responsibilities

    As a Team Lead for the new Data Management team, you would

    - manage a team of Data Stewards in Bucharest and act as the first point of contact for your team members
    - prioritize team tasks, manage stakeholder requests escalations, make independent decisions on best approach when needed
    - manage the workload, wellbeing, and performance of your team members Ensure the quality of your team’s work
    - manage migration project of our existing customers to new centralized tool
    - align and advocate for the methodology and best practices of central supplier data
    - drive internal development initiatives for central data services in alignment with other Data Management teams and Product development
    - work alongside your team to build, monitor and maintain quality of data in Sievo’s central supplier database, validating supplier normalizations and 3rd party data linkage
    - work with a combination of Sievo’s own proprietary tools and Microsoft SQL
    - ensure that everything you and your team does is robust, sustainable, and scalable

    The starting salary for this position ranges from 6000 to 7000 RON/NET per month. This role is a great fit for someone with a few years of experience working with data who is eager to take the next step in their career.
