    Cerinte

    Experienta de minimum 2 ani pe o pozitie similara;
    Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel mediu spre avansat;
    Cunostinte de Microsoft Excel la nivel mediu.

    Responsabilitati


    Lansarea si urmarirea comenzilor de produse catre furnizorii companiei tinand cont de procedurile de lucru interne prin asigurarea eficientei;
    Verificarea termenului de livrare, discount-urile oferite, termene de plata, documentelor de livrare, etc;
    Negocierea contractelor si a actelor aditionale cu furnizorii interni si externi;
    Intocmirea de situatii centralizate de achizitii, analiza si propunerea unor solutii de optimizare a acestora;
    Lansarea comenzilor de transport marfa catre colaboratorii externi pentru transport intern si international atunci cand este cazul;
    Monitorizarea transporturilor de la incarcare pana la momentul livrarii;
    Intocmirea si verificarea documentatiei specifice activitatii de transport.
