Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Proven experience as a Construction Manager in projects such as hotels, office buildings, hospitals and hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Participate in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance performance and skill development.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Ensure construction activities comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Develop and maintain construction schedules, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks.
Monitor project timelines and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with subcontractors to optimize scheduling and workflow.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and disruptions.
