Senior Management Consultant

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

-Minimum 15 years’ experience in leading large transformation projects, prior IT consulting experience would be an advantage
-Bachelor's degree in Economics or Information Technology
-Solid understanding of software development life cycle model, having a balanced business/ technical background
-Excellent understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ability to design an organization according to Agile and Waterfall methodologies in the optimal proportion for the bank
-Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing stakeholder demands
-Proven ability to lead project teams, motivate others and work collaboratively
-Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English, with all audiences, including senior management/group counterparties
-Strong presentation skills, being able to support through structured visual representations the decision-making processes.

-Manage transformation engagements: define objectives, scope, key stakeholders, approach, activities to be performed, timeline and milestones and key deliverables
-Organize workshops with stakeholders to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
-Perform data analysis to support findings and build strong business cases
-Identify best practices and transpose them in the proposed operating model
-Understand and address the regulatory/group requirements
-Structure and prepare deliverables and Steering Committee presentations
-Deliver consistent and compelling solutions that make a difference.
