    Cerinte

    Experienta intr-un rol similar;
    Studii superioare absolvite;
    Engleza la nivel avansat;
    Permis de conducere categoria B;
    Operare MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - nivel avansat.

    Responsabilitati

    Urmarirea derularii contractelor, redactarea si monitorizarea conformitatii situatiilor de lucrari si a facturilor primite;
    Gestionarea bugetului departamentului administrativ;
    Asigurarea conformitatii documentelor emise;
    Intocmirea sau verificarea proceselor verbale si a altor documentatii cu caracter tehnico-administrativ;
    Asigurarea comunicarii cu partenerii din cadrul proiectului;
    Solicitarea, urmarirea si arhivarea documentelor specifice departamentului;
    Revizuirea saptamanala a anunturilor imobiliare;
    Pregatirea imobilelor pentru vizionare.
