    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
    Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module
    Degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics is a plus
    Good accounting understanding
    Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations
    Good technical knowledge of MS office
    Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    Good attention to details
    Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
    Willing to collaborate within a team in order to achieve common goals
    Ability to understand multicultural environments
    Previous experience with transitioning project(s) is considered an advantage
    Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
    Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial


    Being member of the respective transition team to relocate accounting activities to Bucharest
    Perform assigned accounts payables activities in a timely and accurate manner
    Respond to vendor queries
    Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required
    Reviewing journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy
    Training and mentoring junior staff
    Performing various analyses and preparing account reconciliations
    Assisting with financial and tax audits
    Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
    Participating in more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
    Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
    Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers
